Your account is protected with encrypted sign-in, and your shop's data is kept completely separate from every other account — your customers, tickets, and invoices are never shared or mixed with anyone else's. Sessions are short-lived and renew automatically while you work.

I forgot my password — what do I do?
Password reset is rolling out shortly. In the meantime, email us and we'll help you regain access to your account safely.
Can my whole team sign in?
Yes. Each team member gets their own login, and the number of seats depends on your plan. Everyone shares the same live job board and customer records.
Is it safe to sign in on a shared shop computer?
Your session is short-lived and stored only for the current browser session, so closing the browser signs you out. Always use "Log out" on a shared device.
