Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roman Repairs website and repair-shop management dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

The Service

Roman Repairs provides a multi-tenant software platform built specifically for phone and electronics repair shops, including tools to manage repair tickets, invoices, parts inventory, customers, billing, and team members. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service, and we will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruption to core functionality.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the actions of any team members you invite. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it, uploading malicious code, or using it to store unlawful content or violate the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and the data you store within it, complies with all applicable laws, including data protection law in relation to your own customers.

Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We process that data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service or our intellectual property.

Availability, warranties, and liability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deleting it in line with our retention practices.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be communicated where reasonable, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
